Castles of Britain - Castles Unlimited
Castles Unlimited was formed in recognition of the necessity to preserve these relics of history. They are dedicated to the promotion and study of British Castles. Their goals are educating and stimulating people to explore the castles for themselves.

Images of England
Started in August 1, 1999, Images of England, funded by English Heritage and the Heritage Lottery Fund, is a groundbreaking initiative which aims to create a 'point in time' photographic record of England's listed buildings.

Langley Castle
Beautifully furnished hotel near Hexham in Northumberland, Langley Castle was built in the mid-fourteenth century by Sir Thomas de Lucy.

Catton Old Hall 
This 17th century house just outside Norwich takes  travelers back in time with all the modern trimmings. Service is personal and an honesty bar is very refreshing! 

The Lake Hotel
In lovely surroundings near Stirling is an 18th century house with views across the only lake in Scotland to a small Augustinian Priory, founded by Walter Comyn, earl of Menteith in around 1238.
